Caron has worked with the Christchurch Food Festival team for several years, bringing people together strategically and creatively to develop what is now regarded as one of the best food festivals in the UK. Her sponsorship and media partnership work has helped the festival grow exponentially, with over 70,000 visitors enjoying the 200 events held at dozens of Dorset venues every year. With a number of celebrity chefs visiting over the years and TV chef Lesley Waters now a patron, Caron’s input into the festival’s exposure and recognition is invaluable. She also took the festival to the Dorset Business Awards, where they won the Creative Project category – testament to Caron and the team’s ingenuity and ambition.
